Video: How to Make Natural Mouthwash

To make this natural mouthwash you will need

– 2 clean 500ml bottles
– a jug
– a long spoon or stick for stirring

– 1l freshly boiled water
– 1 tbsp sea salt
– 10 drops of natural tea tree oil
– 15 drops of natural peppermint oil
