PAW Patrol Live! "The Great Pirate Adventure"

UK Review: PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure” #ad

We went to Wembley yesterday to see PAW Patrol Live! “The Great Pirate Adventure” Not that I thought for a second that it might, but it did not disappoint! The children were absolutely enchanted from the second we took our seats until leaving the arena, and continued buzzing about the show for the entire journey home. Most children have a favourite TV program when they’re four, like Freddy is. It will supersede all other programs, and never fails to raise a smile. No matter how glum mood levels are, PAW Patrol is his go-to happy maker. Yesterday he was clad head …

Paradise Wildlife Park: A Brilliant UK Day Out for all the Family (Broxbourne, Hertfordshire) #ad

If you’re in the market to see animals of all shapes and sizes, I’m pretty sure you’ll love Paradise Wildlife Park. I can see why it’s Europe’s leading zoo, because I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen so much variation under one roof. From reptiles to big cats, penguins to zebras and a life size dinosaur exhibition thrown in for good measure, you’d be hard pressed to not find something for everyone. All three of my children (aged 4-9) were suitably impressed, which is saying something in itself. The park is huge and it was amazing to see how much …

Shrek’s Adventure! on London’s Southbank: Everything You Need to Know Before Visiting #ad

My children adore everyone’s favourite ogre, so I was excited to tell them we’d be going to Shrek’s Adventure! on London’s Southbank. Better still, we’d be going with our dear friends, fellow blogger Mel and her four The tour lasts for around an hour, and is very interactive with lots of different segments. It starts with a 4D bus tour, and although it doesn’t actually move, it wasn’t too dissimilar to feeling like we were on a roller coaster. Various characters from Dreamworks films are talking and flying all around you, and it’s a lot of fun. I won’t ruin it …

Kidtropolis: The Good, The Bad and The Awesome

I’d like to start this blog by saying I have not been incentivised to write it. We were given complimentary tickets in exchange for my previous Kidtropolis post, and I’ve written this purely to capture the day. The Good The event was held inside East London’s impressive ExCel Centre, which was easy for us to get to on public transport. The DLR stops next to the building, which meant no wandering the streets looking lost. The best thing about Kidtropolis is that once you’ve paid for your tickets almost everything is free. There are around fifty activities and two live mini-stage …

Kidtropolis 2017: Why We Can’t Wait to Visit! #ad

When the folks at Kidtropolis got in touch and asked if I’d like to take the children along to experience their awesome sounding event, I didn’t hesitate to say yes! What is Kidtropolis 2017 and where is it held? Kidtropolis is held during the October half term at East London’s ExCel Centre, and is pegged as the UK’s best children’s event. It will be running from Monday to Thursday (23rd to 26th) and will be packed full of TV characters, engaging entertainment and child centred activities. It certainly sounds like a lot of variety under one roof. In terms of …
